General Description:

Responsible for teaching Introduction to Health and Medical Sciences Class, Medical terminology, and Medical Assistant courses.  Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with state and federal Nurse Aide and Career and Technical Education (CTE) guidelines. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Required.
• A  minimum of one year of clinical experience in long-term care/geriatric nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity 
• Must be able and willing to travel to clinical location(s).

Educational Supplements:

Master's: +7% of base salary
BA + 15: $750

Teacher National Board Certification: $2,000

Doctorate: $2000

Additional Information:

This is a 10-month/200 day position
